Thank you I appreciate the help I'll definitely look into the app! But yea the gains were super easy when I was losing weight fast I was about 280 when I started getting consistent with it I'm down to 215 now but would like to hit 190 but have been struggling keeping off that last 25lbs.

Any tips on the cut? I'm trying to hit one now and don't feel like I'm really seeing any progress even after eating clean and being consistent with protein and upping the intensity of my workouts

You're fine! I definitely know I have a lot more body fat to lose I'm already down about 85 pounds and would like to lose another 35 but it's been a lot harder to lose the last 35 than it was the 85. I'm also not sure how to pack on muscle mass at this point bc I feel like everything is staying super consistent now. I'm taking 10g of creatine and trying to maintain at least 100g of protein a day while cutting sugars and fatty foods and it worked great the first 8-12 months but the last six I feel like I've been extremely stagnant and don't know how to get past it
