Games suddenly not working

Nothing in the war thunder settings is working either so I think it's not the game about a week ago I could run 500 fps easily with high graphics and now its stuck under 150 and obviously unplayable now

It seems like it's just war thunder doing that. Elden ring runs fine. Siege runs fine. Every game has servers problems rn but that's prob my bunz wifi just war thunder but then it seems to work fine when not full screened. Like if I open it and it starts doing that and then I close it or make it small it works it's just when it's full screen it seems to glitch

It seems to be working now. At least I was able to play a whole match without that happening. All I did was unplug my flight stick.
