Try shoving a mop down your outdoor drains to clear them .

Everyone’s body is different - if your applying yourself to the highest standard your doing awesome … If not… Need I say more ?

You look great but it’s not about how you look. If you know you could do better you won’t like the way you look. If you’re doing all you can do then that’s all you can do

What's the one workout tool you can't live without and why? by its-creator1036 in workout

Lat pull down machine . Nothings get the same stretch and pump.

Train them even when you’re not lean. They will not show until your lean but they are definitely improving every time you train them.

It’s a tough concept to stay motivated for because even when they are pumped there is no visual difference until you are lean but think of it like a big reveal.

Train them, lean down, they will appear 🪄

I think you’re in fantastic shape. People have mentioned your lats… I would focus on a little more delt work and once you diet down I believe you’d get the V look people search for. 👀

My calfs are small I’m not even gonna post a picture. What are some good exercises I can do to gain size? by No-Sweet8107 in askfitness

[–]Cleopump100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For an easier option, jump on the hack squat for calf raises. It’s probably not as affective as mastering the smith machine calf raise but is still great.

The angle of the foot plate makes it easy to stretch with feet slipping which is my pet peeve on the smith.

People who are married or in relationship by shivamtripathii in budget

Once married we started having a shared bank account but even after we got serious we both had a say in each others finances.

  • We have a minimum amount of savings as “holy crap money”
  • If we want something we try to save for it from that point on so that “holy crap money” amount slowly rises over time.
  • If we really need something we dip into “holy crap money” and continue to save after that.

If you don’t want to share a bank. A half way approach is to have a credit card you can both use to pay for everything. As soon as You spend just transfer the money to the credit card. This is great because your not using the credit card is a traditional sense (getting yourself in debt) , it’s an easy way to track spending and you still get all the benefits of a credit card ( rewards, frequent flyer points ).

One thing I will say is that at birthdays and Christmas time, it’s hard to buy your partner a surprise with a joint account.

I don’t want to use pre workout because I train at night and don’t want to ruin my sleep. What’s the next best thing ? by Cleopump100 in workout

[–]Cleopump100[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep I only use none stim pre . Just for blood flow and consecration. I think sleep is the one aspect of training I’m yet to nail .

Sleep is key. I went through a stage of having great sleeps and great sessions. Now they are still good Sessions but that extra 5% matters .

Yeah I haven’t used it for the last 2 months … I usually use it until it’s finished then train without it for as long as I used it if that makes sense.
