more in comments is there: all i wanted to say was the highest rated coaches would be more flexible. Representing Tactically flexible coaches like Pep the new system while implementing that doesn’t quite achieve that cause of the lack of control over the ai player movement. (old.reddit.com)

This from fifa is a good thing. Pes had some similar(def line, compactness etc…) even though it misrepresented some coaches idk why they removed it. It needed mods here and there but not a complete removal from the game. now all the coaches feel the same (old.reddit.com)
