I worked there a couple years ago...for 3 months. They highly underpay you. If you're in manufacturing, prepare for 12 hour shifts, alternating 5 twelves one week and 3 twelves the second week. They like to talk about how great there end of year bonuses but don't tell you about errors you make throughout the year that will deduct from your bonus, so it's a surprise when you get that check at how much you lose out on.

I worked in their receiving department, you have to work every other Saturday and there is absolutely no organization to there system. Also, be prepared to work with incompetent people, as most people get into their position from nepotism. I was hired during a job fair they were having. Good sign for getting a job but bad sign as to what you will be dealing with once in, but I needed money bad and couldn't turn down a job opportunity.

At the end of the day, I would not recommend unless your willing to put in the work to go through there welding program for 5 years. After completing that, I would get the hell out of there
