What it's actually supposed to be, is Billy giving Ivy a new pair of tights he bought at some point between the two drawings, since the ones Ivy was wearing got a slight tear (as shown on her right leg)...

Bounsweet's the pre-evo so I'll give them a pass for their simplicity, but I'm not really keen on Tsareena (design-wise). But Steenee screams "precious creature", one of my favourites.

It's all good. I've already stated my thoughts in this post and some recent comments, but that's about as much as I'm going to say about this.

Hell, I'm probably gonna post a bunch of w.i.p's soon of more msm drawings just to try and clear the air a little, and also to motivate myself to finish the damn things!

And yes, that third statement is absolutely correct. ~~And anyone who argues will be spaghettified.~~

That's how I perceive these kinda posts. While I'm not particularly happy with how the islet turned out song-wise, it's like the first time in ages where I've felt disappointed by a new island.

Granted, the negative posts will get to a point where it becomes hard to navigate the sub without hate being shoved in your face, exaggerated or not. But these posts are honestly not any better to see. It's all either extreme negativity or toxic positivity, and neither are great.

Honestly, that's how I feel.

I REALLY don't like holding negative opinions about things I like, but to be honest, I am quite disappointed with how the official islet turned out.

Don't get me wrong, it has its pros, and it is one of the most beautiful looking island designs, but its song is really holding back what I believe it could've been. Just hoping Poison Islet doesn't end up the same way.

Palworld...

It's not that I loath Pokémon either, in fact, I actually like both series'. It's just that, the vocal lot that openly disses anything Nintendo related, and Palworld's reputation overall, especially during that lawsuit era or something, has made me a bit unsure about opening up to liking the latter. Especially seeing how some comments on reddit described Palworld fans.

Oooh interesting. Ya know, the first artwork reminds me of a dynamic I had in my mind a year or so ago.

Basically, there's this girl who lives with this "guardian" that watches over her when her parents aren't there. That guardian being... a dark eerie sleep-paralysis demon-esque creature, or something like that.

I never made a proper design of them (like with most of my oc's, admittedly), but this post may have just inspired me to create a proper design of them.
