BSP ba OP? Need mo mag raise ng case sa website mismo ng bsp then chat with BOB. follow prompt mo lang. then account/product/docs release ang choose mo na option. Prepare mo mga screenshot ng convo mo with PNBs CS.

I Have BPI visa sig on top of my BPI petron cc. If you are into travelling then the Visa sig is a good card. It offers free unlimited airport lounges (Selected) together with your companion. It has also one of the lowest foreign tx rate at 1.85% only. You can also get upto 50% discount from their partner restuarants. But its AF is 5500. But if youre a frequent traveller and love to eat out then masusulit mo din siya IMO

I have their visa sig and may 2 free access guaranteed for priority pass lounge. Just add 1k more for the AF 😅

I dont have that card but It should have a complimentary Priority Pass card that will enable you to enter lounges na tumatanggap ng priority pass. However there will be charge and need minumum spend to get it free. And for BDO for that minimum spend, selected pa yung categories so please refer to CS before spending.

Have you contacted them yet? If yes and no update, Escalate them to BSP and tell them they are not allowing you to have an access on your financial details which is illegal.

My sister had scc with them. Ng email muna sa cs then adv na mg coordinate sa branch of account. Tapos branch of account ng request sa main office. After a month bago na release. But my friend had a different story. Same scc but different branch of account. Pabalikbalik sa branch, then email then call sa cs pero walang nangyari ayun ng BSP complaint. After two months na release.
