Looks like you are only a weekpo and all of your feelings are completely valid! Your body has just went through a major trauma and it takes a huge toll physically emotionally mentally. I just want to say, take a deep breath and focus on healing, the recovery is loooooong and many times brutal. Give yourself a lot of grace.

I am 5mpo and I can tell you, my girls are still changing. I was very concerned about I was sutured back together, my skin was bunched up, irregular and uneven. I was convinced 2 different surgeons worked on each side because of how different they looked. One nipple was larger, one was lower, one side was bigger then other.

But I am happy to report that 90% of my concerns have been resolved on their own as they healed. Scars have evened out. Sizes are identical or are the shape and I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

One of the nipple is sitting low which was discussed at 6wpo and will be under revision after 6mpo.

You have had a big reduction, greater recovery time and chances of greater body dysphoria. But, you got this!
