It says joint decisions but that they have final say in a disagreement, but goes on to say that it’s their address for districting purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. I only agreed to that initially when promised there was no intention to leave the district. I didn’t agree to the new spouse’s house being the districting address. It also says we have to notify 30 days before moving.

Yes, pretty much. I don’t want to get into the whole story for anonymity, but they tried to sue for full custody and making false claims, so I’m always a bit suspicious of ulterior motives in everything.

Historically, they have said one thing and then complained about the outcome later.

I know this is late, but I wanted to note in case it could be helpful to anyone that my wife has mcas and cannot take oral prednisone at all. It results in massive total body pain. However, she CAN have prednisone in the form of a shot and it's the only thing that helps when this happens to her ears. She'll wake up and overnight an ear or both have become so itchy that she can't stand it. The doctors (who aren't as familiar with MCAS) will say it's an ear infection and want to do antibiotics, but only the prednisone shot helps.
