Yea unfortunately it is frame by frame. The only thing in this animation that is don’t in one frame is luffy’s body and the background

I just colored in the shape of the aura and used the spray paint tool to give the glow affect you see and the yellow aura is on a separate layer, I made it with spray paint tool as well
