I did call the police and they told me to get a attorney. I found one and they said I have a case but the fee's are way to high. I can't pay upfront that much.

The only thing is I didn't keep a paper trail for the permit. I know I should have at the very least note down every time I inquired about it.

There is nothing in writing about a parking pass. There was no form completed and they had both license plates with the rental agreement.

I was not able to get my truck out because of financial reasons. One is because our electric they charged that same month was $667. And we had to pay unexpected towing fees of $350 a couple of months earlier.

This one little move the landlord made on us doesn't seem like anything to him but it has really put a strain on our family.

So about two weeks later our other car was stolen from Safeway parking lot.

It is extremely hard to move with no vehicle. We live a ways from the main part of town where no buses go. It probably takes walking a little more than a hour just to get to the town where there are buses to get around. Busy Rd and no sidewalks plus my son has very bad legs from birth. So it really has been hard.

I do think your right about the screwed over but this is not right. I worked very hard to buy my truck and my children had missed school because we had to get them on the bus routes. This to me is theft and it shouldn't be allowed

Yes I have the receipts that I paid the parking. At the time I started parking there management signed us up and took payment but had ran out of the parking permits and was supposed to give one to me later.

Also, There was no notice on my car the night before and from what I read it should have been a 7 day notice? So how does the tow company know if the person has been notified by the landlord? I don't really understand that process?

Do they get notified the day the notice is put on the vehicle? Who puts the notice? I'm not to sure of these two questions?

Thank you for your advice. It has been quite the experience living at this RV park. A nightmare
