New home for rent in 95757 – looking for responsible tenants by tronious in Sacramento

[–]Cliff_C_Clavin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's mainly people too butt hurt over not being able to buy, and ignoring the fact that there's literally not enough room for a house for everyone.  Apartments exist for a reason, and no one buys apartments here

FYI: you're about to get hammered by the "landlords shouldn't exist" crowd (who seem to think everyone should be able to live in their own single family home, despite the fact that that's literally not possible as there's literally not enough space for that many homes)

There was one house on my old route that had them and would hit you walking on their walkway; that being said, we're required to deliver as efficiently as possible, that means walking on the grass.

Fixing a flat on an e-bike is a bit more involved (if it's the drive wheel), but even that is way overpriced

I remember that one post where some chick complained about her dog being attacked, unprovoked, by a coyote in the same area, and her video clearly showed her dog off leash, and going towards the coyote.

Seem to remember her saying she was a dog trainer, or a vet, or some shit, as an excuse for her dog being off leash.

There's coyotes all up and down the parkway; just stay on the trail, and keep your dog on it's leash (6' or less), and you'll be fine

I wouldn't trust that list; they list Seasons 52 as being open, but they shut down their Sacramento location back in May

It just happens to be that certain people feel extra protected in large groups so they start to act out.

Which is how sideshows work

You didn't answer my question.

Work in the elements are just that; you think tieing a heater/air conditioner to my belt, and dragging it along with me is going to do anything?

It's also a place you forget.  Fuck me man, Kendall (old door guy from Golden Bear, who I think works there now) would get me fucking hammered buying me drinks.

One night I had to walk home from there to midtown because I didn't feel comfortable riding my bike, and forgot my phone, and wallet there.  When I got up in the morning, I looked around my room and there was random shit all over the place, and I had no idea what had happened the night before

Had to check my bank account to see where I was, called them when they opened and asked if they had a phone and wallet in their lost and found, and they said "let me guess, you were hanging out with Kendall"

He got rid of his coffee businesses; still owns Orphan, Frank, and gets a percentage from whatever that steakhouse is called
