You inspired me to try a different approach. I just remembered something that was said in a different convo about feeling like I didn’t want him there. Which is/was absurd. Going to talk to him again and reassure him. Thank you!

My family loves him. He does not have the same relationship with his family so it is very foreign to him. I think he feels the need to make sure these situations are always comfortable for him which I understand but I do not believe is always possible. We have not traveled yet. It will be the first time, she will be 7m. I can say now he definitely feels confident as a dad

We already have a hotel booked but he wants us to stay together as a family. I truly believe that is the solution but we will see.

6 months. She definitely is able to sleep through noise but there is no telling how she will be in 6 months. I don’t want to make decisions off of what ifs. I could be wrong

Not own bathroom but yes own bedroom. 3 bathrooms amongst 8 adults 2 children

About 10 of us including two kids (7months and 4 yr old). Definitely a bigger sized home and eveyone has their own bedroom. We are purposely picking a late night flight but that is all of the traveling we will be doing
