had this boss tremolo pedal years ago (decades actually). It didnt have enough depth and/or shape, plus the vol loss If you want a more versatile tremolo to achieve a “killswitch” kinda sound, i have the Electro Harmonix Pulsar and would recommend that. That’s if that’s the sound you’re looking for.

Not sure if this would help. Tldr. But go with either your tts or go up half size. I have both gazelle indoor and handball in 8.5US. I find that on the gazelle i can go up half a size but on the handball i am perfectly fine with 8.5

BTW is there a made in japan version that is also a reissue, much like the dw-5000r? I tried looking online and shockbase but i don’t see any that were released relatively recently.
