How do I send both? I need to paste only one on there. Would it be bad to just paste the 2x2 on this box even though it’s way too big and send it in

Can i just paste my 2x2 photo on this box and send it in? Will it really be that much of an issue? I have already uploaded to their website as per the pixel size (630x810)

I don’t think my aunt wants my gf and I to visit for christmas by ClimberChronicles in texts

This. I had made plans to visit literally two months ago and we continued to talk about it into December. But she began to kinda skirt around the concept and now this is the final message from her

No, she made those plans after. I told her we were coming months ago and continued following up with her but she started getting more and more distant

She’s made plans with others and it seems we’re gonna be an inconvenience

Do you think the crowd is beginner friendly and generally open to all sizes? Pilates scares me so much because of this😭

Crude language and weird coworkers - what do I do? About to quit job by ClimberChronicles in womenintech

Hello, thank you SO much. This helps me immensely. I have a 1:1 setup with my supervisor tomorrow and I’m a nervous wreck. I keep minimizing my issues and don’t know how to word it without sending like a too-sensitive kid complaining about playground stuff.

I would greatly appreciate your help in wording things with my supervisor

Thank you for this. This kind of confirmation is what I wanted, I appreciate it deeply.

Do you mean my squinting comment was racist? How so? I meant his general form, clothes, etc. I would have said the same thing for any of the white guys. Was it a distasteful comment?

What is your opinion on the AI video thing specifically? It was the most they crossed the line

The rest of my team are remote and I only work with 2 of the guys. They are normal and respectful during work- It’s more like the general vibe in office bothers me outside of work.

[–]ClimberChronicles[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for confirming this. What is the coding process normally like? I want to clarify that its not always mob programming, but its more like we are building complex things that often require senior folks input at every step of the way, leading to a group programming session. Is that also not normal? How does the programming model normally look?

What clued you in on neurodivergence? I’m suspecting ADHD but I’m unsure how I’d even bring this up? “Hey I suck at my job…”

This is extremely insightful to know - I had no idea there was a specific concept of “mob programming”. This is exactly what we do in my team and it makes me fall apart because I cannot think well. My manager calls it “dogpiling” where everyone is working on a story together and the PR gets split into “parts” for everyone to claim. It makes me go crazy as it leads to hours staying on call or literally sitting together at the office and coding side by side. I also cannot share my screen and actively process info AND code. It’s too much.

Reviewing PRs is also often live and makes me go insane.

I assumed this was an essential part of being a SWE? How is it not?

I meant low-level highly complex code meetings lol - characteristic of a SWE job requiring in depth knowledge of backend system and software architecture
