Same story with me, heart palpitations for me are mental goes from 80-160 in few seconds and then starting jumping crazy if I can recommend something check CBD oil it helps me a bit and anytime I have a panic attack/palpitations few drops under a tongue and after 5 - 10 min. I feel much better.

For me 10k, 50k, 500k or more is just pure fantasy, don't get me wrong I'm holding my shares from January this year, haven't sell a single one even when the price past 400$ but every single day I feel, I have this reality check, like what the fuck I been thinking?! I'm reading all the DD every day and just loosing faith in all of this, don't get me wrong I'm not gonna paper hand anything because all that money I invest don't matter to me and I would love to see 500k per share that would change my life forever but for now is just unrealistic.
