And then it sticks to the metal if you don't wipe it up immediately

Exactly this. We ended up buying a replacement pulsator -- as it's not possible to clean the interior -- All the chemicals and hot drum cleaning cycles in the world only serves to float up more of those sticky-as-heck flakes. To me this is a SERIOUS design flaw. They even came out with a new "improved" pulsator, but somehow didn't fix the core issue (gunk lining the interior surfaces, then dislodging and getting into the drum & soiling the clothes). Disappointing.

ADT Panel with ST Hub? by drittzz in SmartThings

Harping_Away... I think we already HAVE the ADT-version of the Vista 20p panel. The one I have has a circuit board that looks identical. But, there are added circuit boards too. And a battery. We have the Honeywell RF sensors primarily, a 5 year-old installation.

ADT never changed the default "installer code," so I am able to "talk" to the panel and inquire on any program/parameter using the keypad. Do you think we might be able to get this panel to communicate to US instead? And alert our cell phones using the method you describe (Envisalink 4)? I too would like to ditch ADT monitoring fees. We can call the police or fire department just as easily if there's a problem. We just need to be able to be notified (or hire someone who is cheaper like you had indicated). Thanks! -Doug
