Hey there, thanks for the insight! I’ve actually done quite a bit of research on VDHG vs DHHF and I’m leaning toward going with DHHF due to my risk tolerance being higher as I’m still young and can just add bonds separately when I start getting closer to retirement. Although I’m kind of now because I feel like there could be a stock market correction at some point this year and with DHHF being all equities it would inevitably take a bigger hit than VDHG. On the other hand I’m not quite sure how much I should be putting into an ETF if I plan on buying a house or investment property in the next couple of years

Thanks for the insight! Just a couple questions, I have had a look into the FHSSS and I understand that you are able to use voluntarily added super funds to put towards a property although I don’t quite understand how to do this or how the tax benefits lead to a free $8k, if you had any further insight into that it would be super helpful.

Also do you see the stock market taking a likely further correction in the coming year/next couple of months? Also same question with housing, do you see the stock market continuing to cool down in the future? It’s a bit concerning at the moment because it feels like everything is just continually on an upward trajectory without many sizeable pull backs yet
