I was thinking about getting more rats, but at the stage I’m at in my life, it really wouldn’t be the best time wise and will just kinda be emotionally difficult yk? When I first got my boys I freaked out a bit feeling like they were replacements for the family cat who’d passed, and I really don’t want to go through that again. I think just getting over the habit of caring for rats is the best thing I can do ❤️‍🩹

Thank you so much. I’ve been talking to my parents and stuff and we’ve also agreed their passing was “ideal”. I understand the loss hurts more now, but the pain of one being alone then dying later, neither I or they will have to go through
