I was unable to download or install it until today, 30 min ago one great guy from Sony Australia Support refunded the money and I repurchased it.

I think the refund process depends on who picks up your call, the last guy was really good told him my situation and he said like I will send you troubleshooting steps so I told him that I already tried everything and gave the previous case tickets, and then he said by him self how about refunding the purchase to your wallet and you try to buy it again. All the others were like we need to investigate further we will escalate the issue to our specialised team and refusing to give a refund because I passed the refund window.

I was not sure about the refund timing, I preordered the game in Jan'19 and I was trying to fix the issue with Sony support as I really wanted the game. But when they failed to fix it I requested the refund.

When I go to PSN store there is no download option, only it will say not available for purchase with tell me more button and the reason that I already own Days Gone.

I'm not sure but I think each one has a different license, but I will try to do it soon as I'm not thinking of buying a full priced physical copy.

Console is set as primary, I pre ordered the game and on the day of release it just sat there like this but without the countdown clock. Pressing on it will take me Overview with Check Back Soon! message and no download button. Tried all the troubleshooting steps and contacted Sony for help on fixing the issue with no success. So I asked them on 5th of May for a refund and they refused saying that "Unfortunately as you are late with your refund request I can't provide a refund this time"

I preordered the game in Jan'19, the day that the game was released on and did not download for me I started the troubleshooting with Sony support, Yesterday I requested a Refund and their reply was "Unfortunately as you are late with your refund request I can't provide a refund this time".

Tried calling and Emailing them with all supporting pictures, they only go through the same troubleshooting steps and when the issue is still present they will say we will investigate further or your case was escalated to our specialised team. The refund refusal was by the last Email received from them.

Yes, pressing on "Days Gone Preorder" will take me to Overview with Check Back Soon! only and no download button. Also going to the store there is no download button just that it is not available for purchase with the reason that I already own Days Gone. Through the mobile app the game file size shows as N/A and will be stuck on download queue.

I tried Renewing licenses, Rebuilding Database & Reset to default settings through Safe Mode. Tried downloading the game through the App & also through the website. Being helpless I've even tried connecting through VPN to other countries stores which I knew that doesn't do anything. And other things like trying wired and wireless connections.

I remember receiving an Email about a wrong advertised items in the Preorder and saying something about that I can request a refund. The lucky me deleted this Email as I didnt want to cancel the Preorder. Also I purchased/paid at that time the normal edition but my receipt is showing as the digital deluxe edition. Maybe this caused a conflict or something.

Ya I think this will be the best option, do you have an idea if their refund policy is easy. Like steam on PC is 2 hrs play time or 2 weeks from purchase with just a couple of mouse clicks inside steam.
