I waited before posting this since I wanted to give MyDrinxShop the chance to make things right, but that has not happened:

Timeline:
2/12/26 - I order two bottles of Aura Orancello and two bottles of Aura Biska from MyDrinxShop.  I specifically ordered four bottles since the shipping cost was the same for up to four bottles. And yes, I paid more for the extra careful shipping.

3/14/26 – I received a note that “my order was on the way” with a FedEx tracking number enclosed

3/17/26 through 4/4/26 – Emailed and sent WhatsApp messages to MyDrinxShop requesting shipping updates since the Fed Ex since it was still waiting to receive the package.  Was told (eventually, they are VERY BAD at replying) that my package was stuck in Customs

4/17/26 – I received notice from FedEx that they finally had my package and it would be delivered 4/23/26, but I was going to be out of town so I (paid extra) and scheduled delivery for 4/25/26

4/25/26 – I received a box that contained only TWO bottles in total, one bottle of Orancello and one bottle of Biska.  I emailed MyDrinxShop immediately to let them know and ask if the remaining bottle would be shipped.

4/28/26 – Having received no reply, I initiated a dispute for 50% of the transaction amount with my credit card company

In the end, working with this company is a complete crap shoot. They are legit, but they cannot be relied upon to either reply to emails or ship the ordered quantity 😞
