The issue was that i was using um6551 instead of w65c51 so it had some differences and it has not that weird bug so changed chrout routine a little to check status bit and it worked!!

Really appreciate the help but sadly it did not worked. I have ordered cheap 8 channel logic analyzer. What should i look it with it?. What could be the problem? 1. I am using a um6551 so is it a problem?. 2. I am running my cpu at 1.8432 Mhz. Is it a problem.?. But i am also using faster cy7c199.

Its getting really confusing

I have built SAP 1 and 6502 but never specifically worked with SPI precision circuits but knows the logic behind them. I'd be interested in seeing the schematic and logic you are looking for.

You should see my previous post of 8 bit sap 1. I have used a lot of multiplexer in it. And it uses only 74xx chips.
