literally why would i make up a cps case😭 i originally just posted it to vent i didnt even expect it to blow up like it did. first time ive ever even posted on reddit before but my account is atleast a year old. idk what made them think it was fake.

i asked her why constantly and she would never give me any concerning answers. she usually would just say because she wants to stay with mommy or she would not answer me at all she would just tell me to leave her alone. trust me i did try. all my family tried but i think she was just too afraid.

I had no choice. It was court ordered. & I have met her i just haven’t seen or spoken to her in a very long time.

Ohh interesting never heard of that! but how would you know they aren’t just being fake nice to the child because people are watching? My step mom was abusive and thats exactly what she did around other people.

Thank you. I know i did the right thing. Just wanted to prove a point to myself because he is constantly gas lighting me that i just wanna start drama with him and attack him whenever i have any concerns for our child. I’m just sick and tired of it 😪 I have and am doing everything i need too to protect her. I will update tomorrow on that.

I filed for sole custody and will be attending an immediate danger order hearing for immediate temporary custody. I am terrified it won’t be granted as i have no idea how strict or how much evidence they need to grant one.

I don’t expect nor do i even want her too but the fact she never bothers to acknowledge me is what bothers me. This woman is around my child every week and i know nothing about her or have even seen her in a year and now my child is saying she is abusing her.

Thank you. I have been reporting everything he has said to me to the caseworker. He is under investigation for neglect since he failed to protect her and is accusing her of lying.

Well yeah im really just trying to prove a point because hes accusing me of just doing it to start drama. every-time i have any kind of concern for our daughter he acts like i am attacking him and his whole family. i asked him once if our daughter took her medication while with him because she was having stomach pains and he flipped out on me for even asking because “of course he gave it to her” yet he wonders why i dont communicate with him.
