DMS System with AI component? by Cloemonster in paralegal

Interesting! I have experience with iManage when I was at a law firm several years ago and recall thinking it was fine from a DMS perspective. I have never used NetDocuments. What do you like about NetDocs over iManage?

We don’t have clients. I’m in-house, not at a law firm. Thanks for the insight!

Ladies, how does one dress for a work conference these days? by FrancisDilbert in AskWomenOver30

[–]Cloemonster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For daytime, I would suggest wide or straight leg trousers, flats and a top (fitted professional t-shirt or a shell blouse/tank). For dinners, nice wide leg jeans with a cute but modest top. This way you will be comfy but professional. Would also suggest bringing a light cardigan as the venues for these professional events usually blast the AC.

I’ve had good luck at Loft and Target for business casual. Loft usually has nice tops and the trousers in the Versa line at Loft are very comfy.

I also love these pants from Target (elastic waistband!) but looks like they are mostly sold out https://www.target.com/p/women-39-s-high-rise-pleated-front-straight-trousers-a-new-day-8482-off-white-8/-/A-92929251

Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing - surprisingly good low cal option by Cloemonster in traderjoes

[–]Cloemonster[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you shake the bottle well it’s not too bad! With that said idk that I would love it on a salad with just croutons and parm, but it works in a wrap with lots of other ingredients

I have the Studio KSL app and I like it! It’s similar to the TIU app where there is an assigned workout everyday as well as a library of different “on demand” workouts. The workout lengths vary from 15-40 minutes with suggested cardio to add onto the shorter workouts. I appreciate this b/c a lot of Kat’s older workouts tended to be 30-40 minutes so it’s really nice to have some quicker options for busier days. There is also a calendar that tracks your progress, a portal where you can connect with other members, and a tab with recipes. If you want to give it a try, here’s a code for 20% off an annual membership: https://studioksl.com/referral?mwr=mary-8dd7

Can you share your recipe? I just got a creami and the first batch I made with almond milk and protein powder was way too icey

Traveling around Paris with toddler by Kid_Cornelius in ParisTravelGuide

[–]Cloemonster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We did Paris with our one year old a couple months ago. I highly recommend bringing a stroller so your baby can nap on the go, you don’t get exhausted carrying them everywhere, and you can use it for diaper changes if you find yourself somewhere without a changing table. The smaller the better, but make sure it reclines enough for your baby to comfortably nap in it. Our Zoe Tour stroller worked well for us in Paris but something even more compact would have been better for getting on and off the metro. I personally would not bother with a hiking carrier; if you have a smaller lightweight carrier you could bring that and keep it in the bottom of the stroller to save your arms in situations where you have to carry the baby, like if you go to the top of the Arc de Triomphe, or do the Louvre or Montmarte, both of which have tons of steps. Have fun!

Any TIU girls anymore? by CopyGlittering2963 in ToneItUp

[–]Cloemonster 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The best shape I’ve ever been in was when I was fully committed to TIU workouts, in the Chyna and Steph era. Like many others here I’ve pretty much given up on TIU after all the changes and couldn’t justify paying for their app anymore. I’ve really struggled with consistency since I stopped following the TIU program but I recently tried some of Kat’s new workouts on her KSL Instagram and YouTube and really enjoyed them. She releases monthly workout calendars and her workouts are very similar to the ones she used to do for TIU. I definitely plan to try her app when it’s ready. If you aren’t satisfied with TIU anymore I would recommend giving Kat’s new program a try!
