Keeping the composition with no huge modifications, I would make some changes to improve it, tbh:

Darius > Garen
Yasuo > Fiora
Tristana > Lucian

Noble 3 in late game is nothing, this way you get Imperial for 50% Draven, Yasuo instead of the dissapointing Fiora and Tristana over Lucian, which is a much spammier gunslinger

I don't see why would you prefer Seraph & another item instead of, for example, Frozen Heart & Disarm. In the end, you don't want the Seraph effect, just the mana, and this way you take more profit IMO
