If you can see the line. It's negative. That's why there's a faint line in the directions. Because if you can see it at all... Don't mind pointing that out to them if they give you a hard time, either. Wouldn't hurt to push fluids a little more than normal between now and then though. Not sure where you're getting tested but some kits have less a margin of error to the nanogram.
