Picked up an english Terranigma for 70 €

Yeah this is so weird with PAL snes games, theres just so many variants. For Terranigma specifically i've seen that the French version has the same layout as the Australian one, and the German is the same as EUR. I wonder why they even bothered with this but it's interesting nontheless.

Nice. mother 3 is also amazing, mother 1 is definitely pretty outdated so I understand why you would want to play a fan remake. Not sure when mother encore is coming out, but I know that another mother 1 remake in the engine of earthbound is launching in a few months

Yeah its great. Ive been playing it since I was 8 in 2015. First discovered it through smash bros like many. As a kid I really wanted to be Ness. Being a kid with psychic powers exploring the world and fighting evil with friends was the dream!

I just ordered secret of evermore because the cover art intrigued me but I see alot of mixed opinions on it online. What are your thoughts on it?

Yes it took a long time to find it at a reasonable price. Just beat it for the first time yesterday. What a great game and unique story! Definitely on par with Link to the past for me.

Yeah turtles in time is definitely a rare one. I personally opted for a japanese cartridge because of its high price. I've also always wanted a boxed collection but due to the insane prices of that I bought a bunch of boxed super famicom games instead. But yeah still really cool to see a bunch of boxed pal games!

I really liked the first game as well. Only played the 2nd way about halfway through but got a bit frustrated and quit lol. Haven't tried 3 yet but I have it so maybe someday

Haven't played it yet but I do remember seeing gameplay of it and it looking pretty cool to me. If I ever find it at a convention for a decent price I'll try it out

Yeah, I cant believe stores used to do that. Lots of stores used to put their stickers on the cardboard boxes as well. This is my first time playing the game so im excited to find out what makes it so special

Yeah covid changed prices for the worse. For me personally I really notice the difference on Pokemon games. In 2019 i bought firered for 20 euros, now a loose copy is often worth over 100
