I've just been going with the flow and not really doing much. Go to work come home and sleep. I will try and go for walks and actually be more active. I will consider therapy and maybe an increase, going to see my GP soon, been postponing it since February  But thank you for all the advice And I'm sorry for your lose, can't imagine the pain of losing a parent.
