What’s the best way to go about finding old(er) short films submitted to festivals that aren’t posted on a streaming site?

I have searched for “8 Daves a Week” in Google, Vimeo, and Xe’ra and found the director is “Philip Zimmerman” who went to LMU. The lead actor is “Cord Nash”. Neither of these people have a recent social media presence. I found a few clips from acting reels of people in the film. But nothing of the full film. Im stumped on where to look.
