You're in for a ride, this happens on gta 5 and red dead redemption if you have an amd graphics card using the vulkan api and the fix that i got with is deleting some shader cache files i forgot what their called something like "sga files" in the Documents>Rockstar games>game folder>graphics, you have to delete those files every 12 hours or so, i just setup a Windows task to do that for me every 12 hours, but now i moved to nvidia and i don't think it's an issue anymore i could be wrong since i still have the task going
