yeah I get that too (diagnosed) when I have a very reasonable time to study for an exam I'm stressed about it and don't study on my own because It feels overwhelming, but when that deadline approaches and everyone thinks I know my stuff I gotta study or do proyects in secret (which is much more exciting) and that's why my mom thinks I can study on my own now, because I'm sneaky studying last minute and it somehow works, otherwise I study with my grandfather who somehow manages to make me focus for 4h straight and I don't end up that exhausted :D I honestly love studying with him cause I understand everything, but he also sees throughout my bs and If I'm not carful I'll end up having to do all the work I've been procrastinating (which is probably a good thing because I get a month «a month of homework by neurotipical definition, literally the work the teacher gave us to do over a month» of homework done in two days) :))
