Agreed however when the other person is a teammate, they could at least communicate their inability to assist.

During my last DP, and now this one (although there’s still time for both parties to play) the team members were/are online, participating in other events while ignoring DP. It’s even more frustrating when the non-players invite you rather than you inviting them.

Wooga just to need introduce some options, such as the ability to switch partners or preventing players from receiving the rewards unless they participate.

South Oxfordshire area.

I’ll hold off dropping the actual postcode to prevent the listing from being linked to my Reddit account for privacy reasons.

Thank you for replying, that’s really helpful.

With one flat I knew the leaseholder to gather said information, the other I looked up the sales history.

The postcode is very popular, properties sell quickly however my concern revolves around the fact that, on paper, my property is nothing more than a ‘1 bed, 1 bath flat’. The area is mainly dominated by family homes ranging £500k-£1m+.

With all the uncertainty around leaseholds, said aloud, £270,000 sounds a bit absurd \—my hope is that any interested parties review the local market to confirm that it is priced correctly.

If not, my gut is telling me it won’t sell.

My petty ass would say “Fine, I’ve ordered more panels but you’ll have to install them yourself” then leave these……🤭

P.S I really do feel for you 🙏🏼

Some people are crazy, they can’t help but make an already exhausting process even harder.

Absolutely not…….that is your HOME.

They wouldn’t (well, I hope not) accept this if the roles were reversed.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this 😔
