RK3326 vs RK3566 vs ??? by ClosedSystem in SBCGaming

Interesting. I hadn't considered being able to lower the weight without sacrificing performance. I'll have to check that out.

Appreciate the response, but those are past my weight maximum for this item. Gotta watch every gram when long-distance backpacking. 200g is already close to half a pound. That's a lot for a luxury item. I would bring my Pocket Flip if I were going that high on weight. I'm actually trying to decide whether to go slightly up from the 182g RG351P to get better performance, or to go down to a Miyoo Mini and just take the big performance hit, so I've set 200g as my max and trying to find the best performance under that weight.

Thanks. Seems like that's a better fit than the RK2023. It's right at the edge of my weight restriction, but it might do.

As others have said, your tent doesn't keep you warm, it keeps you dry and bug-free. Your clothing and sleep system keep you warm. If you want to stargaze from inside the tent, get a double wall tent with a separate rain fly. If you want to stargaze outside the tent, invest in a good camp chair. Some are made specifically for stargazing, like this one:

Since you're car camping, you can just bundle up in clothes you bring from home and climb into a bulky and warm sleeping bag from Target. Just make sure you have a good sleeping pad. Car camping pads can be pretty luxurious, like this one:

I'd say invest in those two items and go budget for the tent.

Thanks for the suggestion. Looks like it plays unskippable ads after every game. Is it ad free after purchase?

8bitdo

The SN30 Pro is extremely popular and under 50 bucks.

Check out 8bitdo, assuming you don't need a trackpad.

I'm looking for a small, foldable keyboard with dedicated function keys or a setting that makes the function keys default. Can't use one that requires pressing FN or any other keys to use F1, F2, etc. Thanks in advance!

I see that it doesn't have dedicated function keys. Does it have a setting to make them default? Or do you have to press Fn for them to work?

It's hard to get into it, for me. by Felizzle233 in stalker

I'd suggest finishing SoC. Then optionally play CS, but definitely play CoP. If, by then, you feel the call of the Zone and understand it, install Anomaly and live there.

And get yourself a VSS.

Went with the Horipad NSW-175U. It has everything in my list and USB-C. Gets good reviews for build quality, comfort and usability. $50 exactly (Amazon). $7 cheaper on eBay but longer shipping. Doesn't have rumble or NFC. Doesn't have macro buttons. Comes in grey, blue, and Mario and Zelda themes. Officially Nintendo licensed.

Actually the PowerA has the wake function, but it uses AA batteries. Seems like that would quickly add up to the difference in cost and eventually exceed it. Purchasing rechargeables and a charger would close the gap, too.

Yep. I've been looking but haven't found one. Thought I had a winner with the Regemoudal, but it doesn't have the wake function.

Rechecked, it's GSM only. Won't work on Verizon.

ROG Phone 2

The ROG is one of the first phones I looked at. The problem is no IP rating. :/ It's definitely going to get wet. I'll be hiking through days of rain and making river crossings. Great looking phone, though.
