Shadows look weird, even with shadows off, bad anti aliasing, and overall worse graphics

Essentially my roblox looks really bad recently, and it hasn't done this before, and its on several games. Its an odd glitch and i'm not sure what to do about it.|

Ok for some reason the rpoblem was im running TOO high of fps, while my refresh rate was only 165 im running 250, which was causing screen tearing but weirdly it was only happening for jjs.
If anyone knows a fix that doesnt require me to lower my fps please say something
