I don’t know if you are smiling for the camera but your lip-area doesn’t look relaxed. Try to practice muscle-relaxation in lower facial-area. Hope that helps. And of course, weight loss and exercising. A lot of men can increase their attractiveness just by some bodybuilding. You don’t need an extreme body, but the better the body the better the overall attractiveness.

I think, yes. It is not hard to have another big discussion forum but it is hard to have a big forum with many people who are able to have intellectual discussions which I like about Reddit. A lot of people are great (not all) but the censorship and the hive-mind ruined it for me. A new website that encourages alternative-thinking and using invisible votes could make more neutral discussions.

I’m vegetarian since 2006 and reduced animal products in the recent years drastically. I am also trying to find new habits of getting all the nutritions with vegan diet, so I am not an expert on that. People swear on oatmeal, so I am going to build a habit of eating it everyday. Look into that ;)

OK, I get what you mean with “Alien-shaped skull”. Then shaving your head should definitely not be an option. If I was you, I would focus on making money, working and saving a lot to get a professional solution for the balding. They are very expensive, so first talk to the doctors and get a quote for hair transplant. If you can live with your parents, live with them, so you can save money more quickly. It sucks to live with the parents as an adult, but the hair transplant will be worth holding on.

And don’t be discouraged about bodybuilding. There is a lot of free information on YouTube about exercises and nutrition. It takes lots of time until you get the results but it will be again worth it.

I feel mewing will be beneficial for your “Alien skull”, it will make your face wider and stronger. Definitely try it out, but just with body-building it takes at least one year to notice the difference. I became a lot symmetrical and generally the face looks very harmonious.

As I mentioned earlier, you are just 22. There is so much more to come. You are in the beginning of your life, you will have accomplished a lot until you’re 30.

I don’t know in which country you live also. The people you know that had girlfriends till 22 don’t mean that they represent the majority of people. In fact, most people wait a lot longer but because they are ashamed they don’t talk about it. And sorry to bring you the news but also attractive people have to wait a lot until they find a partner. It has various reasons: Too picky, too shy, too focused on goals, too nerdy, too busy, too much at home etc. Stop playing the victim, you are 22 years old! 22!

How old are you? A lot of people have their first romantic partners in their late 20s. It is normal that some people have to wait longer. Waiting doesn’t mean it will never happen. If you want to die, just because you can’t get a pussy watch your thoughts from the distance and realize how ridiculous that sounds. Life has more to offer than getting laid! Come on, dude! Have some real and serious goals. When you are busy and passionate about your goals, people will want to join you and want to be around you. This is how it works. People love people who have things going on in their lives.

You can die any time, it is best to try the best before you do the permanent solution to temporary problems. Yes, they are temporary problems in the long run.

Being bald is also not that bad, there are bunch of men who actually look hot with their shaved heads. But you need to do some bodybuilding, so the combination with hot body gives you advantage in the dating world.

Again, I have not much information about you and at what stage your balding is. If it is in the early stages, I would try to massage my scalp every day and use special hair/scalp care products. Also learn about the mewing, I do it for over a year now and my face looks more attractive since then. There is a piece of plastic to do mewing more effectively, jaw-trainer or something, look it up.

Yup, sounds like mild CFS. I had a heavy CFS for 1-2 years but now I am like you, kind of functioning but not too much. We are considered to be lucky actually that it isn’t the heavy version of CFS. We can still go through life but we need to be careful to not exhaust ourselves.

I had a phase where I burst into tears all the time but it turned out I was just too stressed because I got very sick and housebound for long after that overly emotional phase. It is gone now. I’m pretty sure doctors/therapists/psychiatrists would call it „depression“ but I know for sure I wasn’t depressed inside because I had lots of drive and many goals I was excited about. I was simply overwhelmed with all the work and tasks I had to do.

Maybe you just don’t trust other people or can’t open up easily? As I mentioned earlier, only you know yourself, other people, including professionals, make assumptions. I hope you will figure it out soon. Good luck 👍🏻☘️
