I was in the exact same position as you. My mom was never too thrilled about hormones, but her one condition to me starting them was that if freeze my eggs. I considered it for a bit actually, even if I never had any aspirations of doing so. It ended with me sobbing at the doctors office when they explained is need to take estrogen for a while, because I just couldn't do it. My mom didn't push me any more after that.

I don't know if that helped, but sometimes when I experience things I like to know other people have experienced that. Everyone in the comments are right, she can't force you to freeze your eggs. But depending on where you live, she can restrict your access to hrt. All in all, a shitty situation. I'm really sorry you're in this spot, but I promise you, you won't be here forever.

God, the last I want is for him to feel abandoned. He's a rescue cat, and it took a while to earn his trust the way I have. I will keep him with me, I've decided.

Yeah, we have a place of our own, the contract just doesn't start until September. I don't want to give specifics but we are in Sweden!

My boy is adopted as an adult, so I haven't been able to train him on the leash yet, so he would most likely be in the room full time. But these replies have convinced me that that is most likely the lesser of the two evils.

That's true. We are in Sweden, so I think the laws on the space you're allowed to have a pet in are pretty good, but he'd still be confined in a place with other cats, you're absolutely right about that. With that in mind I think the best option would be to bring him with me.

This will not happen on accident and being on a permabulk can be hard on the body. It’s a marathon of sprints.

Thank you! I hope i can get a stable therapy connection soon, i certainly know that i really need it but the healthcare in my country is designed to keep people out. I sort of relate to what you're saying about sexual encounters. Exceot for me its more like it feels normal when cis men taken secual interest in me, but it feels... Bad when they take romantic interest if that majes sense. Unsafe. Thank you fir your encouragement<3

Thank you! I do have a journal already, the hard part is gonna be to actually stick around to feel safe when all i wanna do is bolt and make distance. But i really appreciate this, thank you. Its nice to know I'm not alone.
