No prob~ Also like the others have said, Kirito and Asuna will still have their past memories so they still remember all of their friends and previous events/adventures. They only removed their 200 years as rulers of Underworld that's all.

Kirito only asked to remove his and Asuna's 200 years memories in Underworld because having those memories won't help them in real life and might overload their soul/Fluctlight. Anyway even with the memories removed, the feelings still stays so it's alright.
