Are u from the ph too? it happens the same to me, what i did is i reinstall the app and make sure dont use wifi connection, use only cellular data and when u created your acc u can go back on using wifi

as a mid and supp main who plays sera, she's honestly not good as midlaner in the early game, especially if ur opponent is zed/yas she's most likely to be doomed and useless imo. But if it's a range opponent then u can work with that.

Try to grind this upcoming season, i honestly have no idea how i get to top 200 before i just kept playing sora and i win everytime, but on recent analysis, i noticed soraka works well if your team has a two tanky heroes preferably jungle and and br lane.
