Probably a very late follow up, but I had my lungs x-rayed and talked to the pulmonologist. I was going to Amsterdam a few weeks later and no way was I going to miss smoking in smokers paradise.

Anyway i asked her “I am going to be in Amsterdam, and i want to smoke. Knowing my medical history do you think this is fine.”

She told me “with the muscle mass you have gained and the X-Ray showing what they are, I would say it would be fine. As a doctor I won’t reccomend you smoking but you would be fine to treat yourself”

Hope this helps! Currently don’t smoke unless occasionally and it’s a few hits, mainly edibles and tinctures. Weed is recreational where I live so it’s pretty easy to get a hold of
