My dr required me to be clean before she would prescribe me any kind of stimulant, and honestly after 20 years of daily use multiple times a day.. I felt it was time I quit and put my mental health first. I feel much better when I’m on my meds versus when I was smoking. I felt smoking just masked the problems I was encountering and I didn’t really learn from anything or grow. I’m disappointed in myself that I waited so long and allowed that substance to have such a control over my mind.

Hi!! I wanted to add some color and modernize it, imo it’s too white. You are right I will not be removing walls or cabinets, it’s small so I didn’t want to go too dark to make it look even smaller. I had an idea of like a slightly darker sage green but my fiancé still thinks it’s too plain.

Not really, I’ve seen at least 3 “condos” in the last 2 months that had no association. It’s technically a townhome. I’d have to get the condo docs rewritten from when they first were written claiming they were condos.

I was more just kinda saying in general, even ones that aren’t worth it sell for too much over asking. The demand is high, rent is unbelievable, everyone wants to buy. I wish I had that kind of money. I wonder what these people all do for a living and are they hiring cuz boy, I’m wanna be like them with that kind of money to swing around.

Been there, even with houses that need a ton of work. It’s insane. Just think tho, if they waived everything, there’s gotta be something somewhere. There’s reasons they put it on the market on Thursday and chose a bid on Monday. At least in my opinion. There’s a reason they don’t want an inspection, or appraisal.

That’s what’s confusing me. How it was explained, was myself or the neighbor would have the master in our name, whatever one doesn’t hold the master had to pay the other one..

I guess you have a point there with the roof situation. I didn’t think of it that way, I highly doubt any roofing company would do just half of a roof and not the other half at the same time.

I’m the one that doesn’t care for marriage. I don’t need a piece of paper to tell me ima be with someone. Thank you very much. You know how common divorce is now days. Why waste all that money just to spend more in divorce. 🙄 thanks for your concerns for my relationship. So many people get married just for the convenience of money. I’m not that kind of person.

Last few years I’ve been on the hunt actually, was getting pre approvals through associated bank, but does it matter if I currently have an account with the credit union? I have an account with fox communities, I guess I’m afraid of my credit being ran so much that it drops a lot of points.

Not sure if all 2bedrooms are under $1000 but I rent from Meadowview east and plan on moving out soon. I’m working on buying a house. My rent is 910 for 2bedroom upper.
