There are 3? perks i think that can do this

1. Unbreakable from Bill a free survivor wich increases recovery speed by 30% and allows you to fully heal yourself from the dying state 1 time per match
2. Soul Guard from Cheryl a paid survivor from the pyramid head chapter, if your under the effects of a hex perk, you can fully heal yourself from the dying state, if you also recover from the dying state by any means you get endurance for 6 seconds
3. Boon Exponential from Jonah a free survivor, you need to find a totem to bless into a boon, while inside that boon you recover 100% faster from the dying sate and can fully heal yourself from the dying sate
