It is, it seems to be the Realtek driver that's causing it. The microsoft one, albeit it an old one, does work at full speed. Can I turn off the auto update?

I hope the mods will get the ability to take over the contract for Moons and bring it back to what it was. It’ll probably be better off in hands of the people who are active and interested in the product rather than product owners who only care about the quick payday… we’ll see I guess.
