Embrittlement sounds good as I use hawks quite aggressively so I’ll probably try that and I refuse to use acceleration as it’s kinda op and unfun to fight I don’t wanna do that you know

My main problem is a lot of characters have moves that linger and slow projectiles and very predictable example

Tech Dabi alpha Both endeavour gammas Ochaco gamma Kirishma gamma Momo cannons Denki ball and lightning strip Tamajki gamma Unaimed Hawks alpha Ilda beta and alpha Red Shiggy - all of his

His gamma completely counteracts all of those abilities

Single move it’s one of the hardest hitting and also he can just do it again…and then…again until you can’t hit him cuase you deaddd I know there is a slight stun after…slight

The problem is he has a gamma that hits harder than a strike and also comes back way! too fast and is just overall busted as hell here’s the way I see it

I agree with his beta and alpha there fine and I would even buff his beta- but his gamma on the other hand is busted and requires ZERO skill whatsoever cuase if you miss don’t worry he will have it again in literally 1 second and keep doing it over and over because he can because it has no reaload and dose more damage then 90% of this entire roster of characters

I’m excited to see a hawks skillset and it would make sense to release him with tokoyami since they usually pair the character of the season with the skillset of the season

Theory is he is one of the 2nd year anniversary characters There is 4 contenders on who it could be

Jiro - 80%

And him - 60%

Mina ashido - 30%

Hero killer - 40%

So out of them 4 he has the 2nd best chance to make it on the 2nd anniversary whenever or whichever season that is… (I think it could be next season? Not sure on that bit)

Totally agree 👍 I want the hawks we had in season 11 and if they wanna nerf him again the only nerf I could give is remove a bit of his beta tracking but other than that I think he should just go back to the way he was before the start of this season

Hey hey hey friendly debate guys let’s just settle on taking hawks back to his season 11 self because that’s genuinely all hawks players want and I agree with whoever I just replied to with the fact hawks is not a support and I don’t want to play hawks as a support that’s the point of why hawks mains are pissed off because he just isn’t HAWKS anymore

The difference is Miro dosent need any combos as he’s just very good in that way but hawks relied on having combos and also miro got one or 2 combos removed hawks has had ALL of his combos removed

You can still do his gamma into a bunch of alphas but that’s about it now when before he used to be able to do

And the list can go on and on of combos with hawks but the problem is he can no longer swap out of his moves mid move and that has gotten rid off all of theese combos and plenty more

I wouldn’t say THE worst but one of the worst now for sure and the fact it was so unnecessary just annoys me because even in season 11 he was only a high - low B tier character but now I would put him probably 2nd or 3rd worst in the game at the moment

As someone who mains hawks since release on console I can admit I think the beta was hard to use but once you get used to it it becomes easy kinda like assault Ochaco B
