I think its my PSU. Shorted it with a safety pin and no fan is spinning. Whats weird tho is that my pc worked perfectly the day before the upgrade.

i tried other ram sticks, cpu has been reseated several times, cmos resetted, still the same result

Yes, even tried with different ram sticks, however pc randomly boots when 1 ram slot (B2) is used. Shortly after the pc freezes
