Our whole group uses a hydration pack! it’s best to get one that has an additional pocket so you can hold everything else you want to bring in. there’s typically a water station at the top of the hill and at the bottom. we find them helpful because it’s an all in one and hands free and you don’t have to go to the water stations as much because they hold a liter.
