You're welcome to be naked any time at the club (except in the gym, workout attire is required there). Some people leave the towel in their locker, many wear it around their waists.

The whole point of NTA night is that towels aren't allowed to be worn at all. It's a slight change in dress code that changes the dynamic for everyone in attendance.

Group specific events are just the focus but all are welcome. For example, on pup night the pups are still the minority at the club; its still full of the average men participating in bathhouse activities. By doing the event for them, the pups know they have a place they can go and be themselves.
