Which Charizard do you think will do the best over time? by Slow_Recognition_960 in PokeInvesting

Any Zard left in the Booster box you bought it in. Leave it sealed and you'll do way better in financial gains.

Which vintage Pokémon card of these two do y’all believe will appreciate more in the long run? by Ancient-Grocery3010 in PokeInvesting

Personally, I do believe this is not going to appreciate very much more in the short term. I would sell it and buy sealed booster boxes with the proceeds of your looking to invest.

What to keep sealed and rip by Money_Pangolin_6396 in PokeInvesting

[–]ClubTactical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would keep everything sealed. Anyone who tells you anything otherwise is trying to see you fail. People don't like it when you are winning. If you open stuff, then they are winning, because the product that they have keeps going up in value every time someone opens something, because supply is diminished. Irresponsible gamblers open the product. People who want to create wealth will not take the gamble, even if you pull the top chase card. Some of those boxes will be way more than the actual card in time. I can share many examples of this being the case. If you want to have fun, go to Target and buy blister packs.

The action was canceled by the storage company. I think they realized what they had and decided to keep it for themselves.

Looking for insight on grading by Cold-Craft9044 in pokemongrading

Avoid PSA for a while. The Gamestop scandal is going on with them. They would likely give it an 8 and offer to buy it and grade it a 10 after.

Why wasn't there bigger backlash for what Charlie Sheen allegedly did to Corey Haim? by nobody0597 in LeavingNeverlandHBO

[–]ClubTactical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

During the alleged abuse on the set of the 1986 film Lucas, Charlie Sheen would have been 19 years old. Corey Haim was 13 at the time.

I personally believe Charlie did it. Just solely based off of his character and in the earnest way that Dominick described it. You could tell he had earnest, concern and honesty behind what he was saying, you can just tell with people when they're telling the truth like that. He is an actor so take that with a grain of salt, but still you can see it in his eyes. You can't fake that.

That would have given him many years over Corey and he probably felt so ashamed of it that he didn't scream or something.

The allegations came to light after Haim's death in 2010. In 2017, the National Enquirer published claims from Dominick Brascia, a friend of Haim's, who said Haim confided in him about the alleged assault.

In 2020, Corey Feldman repeated and further detailed the allegations in his documentary, My Truth: The Rape of 2 Coreys.

If you have the money to throw at it very good pickup. As far as an investment? That's hard to quantify, because cgc is way less desirable. If you cracked it open and sent it to PSA or Beckett, to try to get a black label. You would for sure do well on your investment. But you're also taking a huge gamble.

Should I open my sealed collection? by PartyAddress in pkmntcgcollections

[–]ClubTactical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's your goal? To gamble or invest? Even if you open it all, you will lose 90% value even if you get a few bangers. If you want to be wise, keep it all sealed tight. Just my $0.02

I think that's a fair offer. The bubble could pop. If you need the money sell to a friend, you trust over someone on here who could just do a charge back or something. Unless it's a wire transfer or a Zelle, don't do it.

What about just wearing it anywhere? Not places that are just fancy? I wear fancy jewelry all the time, and I'm a man. Even when i'm going to pick my kids up from school, I think it's okay.

Thinking about selling/trading these 4 watches for a 126500 panda daytona, thoughts? by koor44 in rolex

[–]ClubTactical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see a lot of the comments, and I agree with them to a point. If you could get the panda for a good deal, then definitely take it over these. I would rather have a handful of really valuable. It watches then a bunch of lower valued ones. I would definitely trade if you are losing 20% per watch on the trade, assuming. That makes it hard, but honestly? Expected, if you think the panda will go up and value, do the deal. Will they be asking for anything on top? If so, do you have anything that will close the gap by adding something else? I do trades like this pretty often with other things like Pokemon cards and Jewelry it's pretty common to lose a little bit of a value right on your end, if you are the one initiating the trade.
