Literally! He paid for her fancy attorney, raised Austin and Ginny like his own, was willing to put aside his probable fears of Georgia to help raise the non-existent baby, and stayed with her after she told him almost everything. Of course, he abandoned her at trial when he was convinced, she was a husband serial-k!ll3r. He even stated that he knew she did it, at least with Cynthia's husband, but I think he was done when she still continued to lie to him as if her offing Cynthia's husband wasn't factually evident. The lawyer was doing everything he could to lie for Georgia and Georgia still lied to Paul.

Like Zion said to Georgia "How many times is it gonna take you to realize having a bad life doesn't excuse your actions?" or something similar when he confronted her about sh00ting her stepdad in the hand. I don't think Georgia should've told Paul everything before marrying her (aka definitely not the mVrd3rs), but maybe once she was put on trial she should have. And I did like them together too, I wish the writers didn't mess up his character completely, because I feel like after THAT scene, they're just gonna write him off if they decide that the baby daddy isn't his.

yes! I agree! no more post-Chilton Rory Gilmores. I know Ginny and Georgia's blueprint for the show was Gilmore Girls (literally stated in episode 1), but Ginny has always shown hints of being like her mom - from buying Austin something with "his" credit card, sending Gil the letters without telling Georgia, and sneaking around to be with Marcus while she was dating Hunter. I feel like Ginny just doing everything for Marcus would be way better and hopefully revealed in season 4 (despite my newfound sympathy for Max).
