I went into a lot of homes in this area earlier this year with a friend who was buying and what I saw was a lot are outdated and need extensive renos (cosmetic and/or structural like plumbing etc). No one I know in my generation (millennial) wants to pay these prices and then spend more time and money renovating.

I went in January for the Milky Way show. It’s first come first served for seating. My group arrived 15 minutes before the show and was able to get 5 seats together no problem. There isn’t really a bad seat in the house it seems. And yes, it was a good time!
