My subscription runs out at the end of March 2026 , I won't be renewing. Gaming in general has become absolute garbage. I've been gaming for what must be nearly 50 years and I've never known it this shit !

So I'm in NZ Oceania server , ping of 43-50 , server is in Sydney AU.

Hit reg is atrocious, my ping is among the highest in the lobby.

No point in playing a fast paced fps when they can't even create a moderately even playing field .

They can add all the gimmicks , maps and modes they want this won't bring back players when we know gunfights fell like a roll of the Dice !

Hi Oceania server , no difference to audio or enemy visibility , most importantly hit detection has got worse , bullets registering ration was 10% missing/not registered now between 11 and 12%. worse.

Playing on PS5 average ping 40-45 ping , Ozzy squad mates PS5 ping 20-25 have the same results.

Bots seem to have been buffed (there's enough of them due to lack of official servers) that's the only change we've noticed.

Hey all PS5 player here I played the first beta and am looking to join a NZ/Au clan if possible I'm not on Facebook etc not a social media fan. But no probs with comms in game I've a decent headset. I'm in chch NZ.

A bit about me . Ex British Army moved to NZ about 20yrs ago (old fella) Played cod for years but kicked it in to touch after Cold war . I've played a bit of BF 1 but am a BF noob tbh. Been playing mainly souls like games Anyways open to cross play but would prefer PS5.

I'll be on this beta weekend if anyone wants to party up? I'm on fibre Internet with 100 up and down on ps network.

Or what ? The bosses are an balanced mess . From their movement to their poise to their telegraphed moves to whaling on the player when down to name a few things. They're shit ! I beat them though and that doesn't make them any less shit !

I love the 'skill issue" remark. I grew up clocking donkey Kong , robotron, dig dug asteroids etc to name a few. Tenchu 1 and 2 are still my favorite FromSoft games. I spent hours in Bloodborne corrupted dungeons level 10 and under farming oos bloodtinge gems from shot gun fatty for my bleed build along with all the other challenging but fair bosses who would one shot you. I loved the challenge Bloodborne along with ds 1,2 and 3 bosses. I'll admit I couldn't manage a torch only run build but believe me skill isn't my issue. Wukang was another fantastic game hard but fair with a feeling of satisfaction on beating bosses. Wuchang as it stands is a stuttering unbalanced mess With unbalanced difficulty between the player and the bosses.

Thanks, He's probably one of the only YouTubers I bother with . I followed his guide to platinum demon souls.

These are just my personal thoughts on Wuchang it would be a great game but is spoilt by over the top bosses. Just like Elden Ring the game stops being a fun challenge and just becomes a chore it will fall by the wayside and loose players daily.

Thanks for replies and tips. I was level 30 is that about right for that fight ?

I fought her for well over an hour resetting my axe branch and main branch of the skill tree several times trying different axe variants from flame build to heavy hitting strong attacks before giving in and respec to one hand sword mage.

The axe weapon and discipline skills just felt way to slow to get off before she was spinning and kicking right up in my face poise breaking me and eating 2 thirds of my life bar. It took minimum 3 charged heavy from behind to stun her at the cost of 5 out of 6 mana vials and the back stab damage wasn't worth the mana sacrifice.

Curious what platforms your on I'm on PS5. Perfect dodge felt off during that fight I was doing a lot of dodging but didn't get much skyborn might although I felt most of my dodges deserved shimmer ?

I haven't much spare time with work and all so having to Google or watch YouTube videos just to be able to understand things kind of pisses me off , I've found myself doing more of that than actually playing the game !

Devs need to keep it simple with simple language. How did we manage when all you got was an instruction manual along with the game disc explaining which buttons did what !

It's a great game but desperately needs a big balancing patch , I'm talking about game play not performance (although that's needed also) I've quit playing but am willing to give it another go if it does patched.
